Listed below are three brief examples of how the Military Sealift Command might digitally capture knowledge based discussions, presentations and “how-to” procedures that can be easily delivered in a distributed network environment. 

• The first example is a Question-and-Answer podcast discussing Project Management certifications.  It consists of an .mp3 audio file played through a simple Flash audio player.
  

• The second example, often referred to as a "screen" or "video" cast, discusses the same content but uses a more visual presentation.  In this example, Microsoft's PowerPoint was used as the framework for presenting text-based information, a short video stream, and a simulation at the end. 

• Finally, we show the Project Management Information in outline format.
